Community Guidelines
Our community works best when everyone stays honest and respectful. Following these rules keeps Mazad Syria a safe marketplace for buyers and sellers.
Do post:
- Clear, real photos of the item you are selling.
- An accurate description including any defects or damage.
- A realistic price in a supported currency (SYP, USD).
- Your true governorate and neighborhood (or map pin).
Do NOT post:
- Weapons, ammunition, or military gear.
- Illegal drugs, prescription medication, or drug paraphernalia.
- Live animals covered by wildlife protection laws.
- Human remains, body parts, or blood products.
- Counterfeit goods or replicas.
- Stolen goods.
- Adult / sexual content, or content involving minors.
- Hate speech or extremist material.
- Personal data of other people.
- Political propaganda targeting specific groups.
Behavior:
- Reply to buyer/seller messages honestly and promptly.
- Do not spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Do not attempt to work around the app's reporting or moderation systems.
Enforcement:
Content that violates these guidelines is removed within 24 hours of a valid report. Repeat offenders lose their account. Serious violations (illegal goods, CSAM, etc.) are reported to law enforcement. A note on chats: we do NOT generally monitor conversations; a chat thread is only reviewed when it is explicitly reported via the in-chat "Report" button.
